Board meeting will be online due to COVID-19
Members are welcome to attend board meetings. Open discussion is always held at the beginning of each meeting.

Board meetings are usually on the third Monday of every month. Meeting dates are posted on the website, on your monthly bill, and at the pool.

All emergency and non-emergency repairs start with a call or email to Bentley Community Management. A phone call is more effective than an email for emergencies.
For roof leaks and slab leaks, a vendor will be sent to your home to help prevent damage. Subsequent repairs may not start that same day while the problem is investigated and we obtain bids.
